A short page, on purpose. Frozen seafood buyers ask us about certification in the first five minutes — so here is exactly what we hold, what we don't, and what we will send you before you place an order. 買家問認證，通常係開頭五分鐘之內。所以呢頁直接講清楚：我哋有咩、冇咩，同埋落單之前可以送你咩。
Wai Fung Holdings Ltd is a Hong Kong frozen seafood importer, trading since 2008. We buy directly from seafood processing plants. We do not hold MSC or ASC chain-of-custody certification, and we do not display a certification logo we cannot produce a certificate for. 偉豐實業集團有限公司係香港急凍海產進口商，2008 年開始經營，由海產加工廠直接採購。我哋冇 MSC 或 ASC 產銷監管鏈認證，亦唔會喺網站放任何攞唔出證書嘅認證標誌。
What we state 我哋會寫明
- Species and product name — the commercial name on every product page, in English and Chinese. 物種與產品名稱 — 每個產品頁都有中英對照嘅商品名。
- Size and packing — count or weight per piece, plus inner and carton packing, as supplied. 規格與包裝 — 每隻只數或重量，加上內包裝及外箱規格，照實際供應寫。
- Origin — the country of harvest or farming shown where we have it documented for that line. 產地 — 捕撈或養殖國家，只喺我哋有記錄嘅產品上顯示。
- Availability — lines we no longer carry are removed, and old links redirect to the category. 供應狀態 — 唔再做嘅產品會下架，舊連結會指向對應分類。
What we don't claim 我哋唔會聲稱
- No MSC or ASC certification. We are not a chain-of-custody certificate holder and won't imply otherwise. 冇 MSC 或 ASC 認證。我哋唔持有產銷監管鏈證書，亦唔會令人以為我哋有。
- No certification logos without a certificate. If a plant document matters to your order, ask and we will tell you what exists before you commit. 冇證書就唔放認證標誌。如果工場文件對你張單重要，問我哋 —— 落單之前會講清楚有咩冇咩。
- No published prices. Frozen seafood moves with the market; we quote per enquiry, same business day. 唔公開價格。急凍海產價格隨市場浮動，我哋逐單報價，同一個工作天回覆。
- No customer names or volumes. Buyer relationships stay confidential, and we don't publish tonnage figures. 唔列客戶名同噸數。客戶關係保密，我哋亦唔會公佈進口噸數。
Ask before you order 落單之前問清楚
Tell us the product and the market you are supplying. If a document is required — for a tender, a retailer specification, or an import file — we will confirm in writing what we can provide for that lot, and what we cannot. 話我哋知你要邊款產品、供邊個市場。如果你需要文件 —— 投標、零售商規格表、或者入口檔案 —— 我哋會書面確認呢批貨可以提供咩、提供唔到咩。
